Iperius Remote 4.7.6 - Windows

  • File and folder transfer with Copy and Paste: you can now copy and paste entire folders (Iperius Remote must be updated on both the local and remote computers).
  • Improved file transfer using Copy and Paste: the progress window displayed by Windows now correctly displays the progress and also allows you to cancel the transfer.
  • Iperius now correctly displays all mouse cursors with improved visual quality and precision, allowing you to work flawlessly remotely, even with graphics programs like Photoshop. (Iperius Remote must be updated on both the local and remote computers.)
  • Improved rendering quality and smoothness for remote desktop viewing.
  • Privacy Mode (black screen and remote input block): you can now recognize that you are connected in Privacy Mode thanks to a small eye-shaped icon displayed in the top left of the remote desktop window (rather than a red border around the window).
  • Privacy Mode (black screen and remote input block): you no longer need to restart the program to enable or disable it.
  • File Transfer: Speeded up the initialization process and fixed some bugs that could cause transfer failures with very large files.
  • Fixed some minor bugs in file transfer.
  • Fixed an issue when using the ALT+TAB shortcut to switch between windows, which could cause the ALT key to remain held down on the remote computer. Now, whenever the remote control window is deactivated, all special keys are correctly released.
  • Fixed a bug in the address book display, which in some cases could cause groups to no longer be displayed due to an incorrectly evaluated option or a problem editing a user.

Iperius Remote 4.7.3

  • Privacy Mode: it is now possible to darken the screen (black screen) and disable mouse and keyboard input on the remote PC. In this way, those who are physically in front of the PC will not be able to see what is happening during the remote desktop session, nor will they be able to interact with the mouse and keyboard. Privacy Mode must be explicitly enabled on the remote PC, in the "Security" section of the general options.
  • UNLIMITED file transfer: if the type of connection allows it (peer to peer or within the same LAN), it is possible to transfer files of ANY SIZE.
  • File Transfer: now you can send files that are located in network paths
  • Fixed some minor bugs in file transfer and chat
  • Fixed a bug in remote printing that prevented it from working when the user had spaces in the name (you also need to update the printer driver setup from the appropriate tab)
  • In rare cases, the active connection notification could remain when the session had already ended
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the correct setting of permissions when using the connection via invitation
  • Fixed a bug in the elevation function as administrator: a malfunction was generated at startup when the user did not have administrative permissions
