  • New connection mode with separate windows. Remote desktop windows are now in separate processes, making multiple session management even more stable.

Iperius Remote 4.7.0

  • Now available: Multi-User Mode for Terminal Server!
    To connect simultaneously and independently to the remote desktop sessions of different users.

    This mode can be activated by checking the "Multi-User Mode" option in the settings.
    Once activated, Iperius Remote will restart in unattended mode. Iperius Remote will keep the main ID of the console session, while, for each remote desktop session, a specific ID will be assigned to the user of that session.

    To connect to the remote desktop sessions of specific Terminal Server users, two requirements must be met:
    1. The remote desktop session must be open and active
    2. The device making the connection must have at least a "Medium" license

  • Added the "Connection in progress ..." message box that allows you to better control the outcome of an attempt to connect to another device or cancel it.
  • Improved multi monitor mode
  • Now in the administrative area, in the license information page, it is possible to change the company name, which is also shown as the address book name on clients (useful for licenses assigned by resellers to end customers)

  • New administrative dashboard (https://remote.iperius.com):
  • New statistics, list of active sessions (with the possibility of terminating them), new search filters, improved data export to XLS file, improved graphics and functionality
  • Now the reset of the Master account password and the generation of the customized client are available in the new administrative area and no longer in e-commerce.

  • Cybersecurity:
  • Now each user/operator can independently change or reset their password
  • Now every single user/operator can enable 2FA for access to the administrative area (remember that 2FA can also be enabled individually on remote computers)
  • Now it is possible to enable the connection confirmation request on the remote computer, where the user can also decide whether to enable specific permissions in a granular way: file transfer, copy and paste and mouse and keyboard input
  • Now on the Windows version it is possible to enable access control based on ID and IP of the computers that want to access. It is therefore possible to limit access to a remote computer to one or more IP addresses or to specific Iperius Remote IDs.
  • New option to automatically lock the remote computer screen when the connection ends
  • Possibility to protect the address book and configuration with a specific password

  • Custom client generation:
  • Even more complete and flexible customized client, with new options and the possibility of keeping multiple versions of the client online, 32 or 64 bit, which can be updated individually (remember that it is also possible to generate the MSI file for mass deployment via GPO) .
  • Now it is possible to generate the executable file that starts directly, without setup
  • You can now purchase multiple customizations for a single license
